The answer is NO. We only record the score of the exam that you passed and it will not show the score that you got from the exam on your provider card or certificate.
Will others, specifically my Employer, know how many times I took the exam before I passed?

It's a group of five or nine numbers that are added to a postal address to assist the sorting of mail. If you do not know your code please use 00000 or 12345.
