Will I be charged a fee to receive my physical Provider Card?

Shipping for the physical copy of your card is included for paid courses. It will take 5 to 7 business days from the time you requested if you are within the U.S. and 3 to 4 weeks if you are outside the U.S.

Upon completion of the course, you can download and print your digital card while waiting for the physical card to be delivered.

If you like to request a hard copy of your card, there's a shipping fee of $4.99 for U.S. customers and a $19.99 shipping fee for our International customers. A payment link can be requested by connecting to us on the Help widget icon at the bottom part of our page.
