I forgot my username and/or password. How do I retrieve/reset it?

To reset your account password, follow the steps below:

1. On the login page click on the link that says "Lost your password?".

2. Then type your username or email on the box.

3. Click on the red "Reset password" button.
4. You will receive a notification saying "Password reset email has been sent".
5. Open your email and follow the "Password reset instructions".

When login attempts exceed 5 instances, as a security measure, your account will be temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized access.

Please allow 1 hour from your last attempt before trying to log in again. This is an important security measure to help protect your account.

In the meantime, we recommend the following steps to ensure a smooth login process after the lockout period:

1. Reset Your Password: If you are unsure of your password, consider resetting it. You can do this by clicking on the "Lost your Password?" link on the login page and following the instructions sent to your registered email address. 

2. Check Keyboard Settings: Ensure that your keyboard’s Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are set appropriately, as passwords are case-sensitive.

3. Update Your Browser: Sometimes, older versions of browsers can cause problems during login. Make sure your browser is up-to-date.
