How can I remove the $5 Donation on my order?

To remove the donation in your order please follow the steps below.

1. Please to your checkout page.

2. Please go to "Contribute to the Save A Life Initiative:(optional)"
3. Then click on the drop-down arrow inside the box where you also see the dollar amount.
4. Then a drop-down will appear and just select "No Thanks"
5. Please make sure that the total cost is correct then click on "Place Order"
