How do I request a copy of my card?

You can request a copy of your card by going to your account page. Click My Completed Courses and then click Receive Provider Card. You will be prompted to confirm your address. Once processed your card will be shipped out within 5 to 7 business days for customers within the U.S. and 3 to 4 weeks if you are outside the U.S.
