Refund Policy and Process

If you are unhappy with our courses for any reason, our Billing Department will refund your purchase. Please submit a 'refund request form' to initiate the process. Please allow our team 24 hours to manage your request.

It takes between one (1) to 10 business days (depending on your bank) for the charge to be reversed.

The Company offers a 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchased services for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Refund requests made six months after the purchase date are subject to the Company's discretion. The customer's access to content may be terminated once a refund is issued.
