@jai.juneja@nhcps.com Hi Jai. What printable certificate means here? CME certificate or cpr/bbp certificate?
I did not pay attention to this when I QCd new faqs but Paula O copied it for ET templates and now I am wondering what it means and if we should add it at all
@paula.oregas@nhcps.com FYI

I understood it as the printable certificate / provider card we provide users who are fully certified.
However, I realise now that that is covered in the first bullet point.
My suggestion:
We remove the 2nd bullet point and make the answer into a paragraph (similar to how the rest of the FAQ answers are) rather than just 2 bullet points.
Let me know if that works, since Flor is on leave, I can help updating the content.

That works! Please ensure that Certify copy is also updated. Hope that dev won't need to re-update the FAQs on certify.

Updated here as well as Certify's FAQ, Dev has not yet worked on either website's FAQs (they will via 'As a free user strategy owner, I would like to update FAQs on certify.savealife.com and nhcps.com and Help Center to stay in line with the updates on the website' which is on hold until the free user journey is deployed).
@paula.oregas@nhcps.com please check and update the ET templates, thank you!

The CME-Accredited Certification offers a digital provider card and CME credits, ensuring you receive official recognition for your continuing medical education while meeting professional development requirements.
You can complete up to 8 CME credits, depending on the certification you purchased, which are required for many healthcare professionals to maintain licensure and stay current with industry standards.
Let me know if you need more information!
Best regards,

1. I know that certify.savealife.com will stay no index no follow for now at least. So good to keep the copy the same on certify.savealife.com for now. Just a reminder that FAQ verbiage on SAL and Certify are different now. I guess it's fine to have different verbiage on certify.savealife.com in case we make do follow do index. But feel free to decide what is the best here for your rock
@paula.oregas@savealife.com
1. Thank you, Paula! Please ask Tarah to QC just in case ('complete up to 8 credits' sounds odd to me personally. I do not like the word 'complete'. Maybe 'receive' or 'earn'. Earn maybe is better based on what I see on google

Hey Greta - we've prepared the content for FAQs (and the overall website) for certify, so I would go ahead with keeping them different IF we need to turn the website to do follow do index, it's already planned as part of the updates that need to be made on the website via the dev project (It will not affect deployment).

Hello Greta, done updating complete to earn, and yes I already tagged Tarah to the project and informed her to review highlighted in purple templates. Do you think sending her a whatsapp message is okay? @greta.kviklyte@savealife.com
