1. How to Receive Your Provider CardUpon successful completion of a paid course, you can receive your physical Provider Card. While waiting for your physical card to arrive, you can immediately download and print your digital card from your account.
To request your physical card:

• Go to your account page.
• Click on My Completed Courses.
• Select Receive Provider Card.
• You will be prompted to confirm your shipping address.

If you do not see the Receive Provider Card option in your account, please reach out to us so we can provide you with a payment link. 

2. Provider Card Shipping FeesThe digital provider card is free and can be downloaded from your account. For mailing a physical copy:

• U.S. Customers: There is a shipping fee of $19.99.
• International Customers: There is a shipping fee of $49.99.

3. Estimated Provider Card Arrival TimesOnce your request is processed, the delivery time for your physical Provider Card depends on your location:

• For U.S. Customers: Please allow 5-7 business days for your card to arrive.
• For International Customers: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your card to arrive.

Note: "Business days" typically refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
